Veronica D'Alessio’s 2026 digital photographic diptych Trasparire is hand-signed and numbered 1/20.
Description from the seller
The work is a photographic diptych titled Trasparire (2026), created by Italian artist Veronica D'Alessio.
The work is part of a visual research that combines nude portraiture and still life using the same photographic technique, exploring transparency in a dual dimension, physical and inward.
Veronica D'Alessio was born in Salento (Brindisi), graduates in Graphic Arts from the Academy of Fine Arts of Lecce and subsequently earns a degree in Photography from the Institute of Photography, where she develops a visual and authorial language.
The print is produced on premium fine art paper and is delivered with insured shipping in a cardboard tube.
The edition is limited and the print is hand-signed by the artist on the lower right verso.
The print is in excellent condition, perfectly preserved and free of defects.
Notes on the project:
The Trasparire project (from Latin transparere, "to appear through") transports the subjects into metaphysical voids devoid of temporal and spatial anchors, where lightness, delicacy, and an original purity free of artifices reign.
In this rarefied space, the corporeal form and the matter of the still life cease to be opaque: the exterior becomes subdued to allow vulnerability and the deep essence of being to surface, finally giving form to the invisible in a silent inner dialogue.
