The book corresponds to that described by Pia (The Hell p. 519, 983.): Same number of sheets, justification, etc. So to believe the latter, the work could date the years 1920-1930 (1929), the illustrator would be Jean Dulac (1902-1968) and its author, Marcel Valotaire (1889-), known for writing several books of Art (The Museum of Angers, the French ceramic) or critical studies of writers and illustrators of the 1930s (Hémard, Wild, Charles Martin Plowman, etc.).

This is a very elegant curiosa item, full of character! Extremely rare and delightful.
