Belgium 2002 - Buzin ‘collared dove’ in a complete sheet part of ten, with shifted print/perforation, Kaiser

Description
Belgium 2002 - Buzin ‘collared dove’ in a complete sheet part of ten, with shifted print/perforation, Kaiser
MNH (Mint never hinged)

Look carefully at the scans: the printed matter is much too high, so that the bird's head is above the perforation.
As a result, there are 2 stamps without a head at the bottom, the right one also with several plate numbers that are not printed below, but on this stamp.
This applies to 3 of the 4 colours: the black is also a bit too high (see also the certificate), but less high than the 3 other colours. As a result, the black plate number 3 is located under the lower stamp and the 3 other colours at the bottom of the lower stamp on the right.

Registered shipping.
