Stupenda consolle rivestita interamente in pergamena color tabacco realizzata e disegnata da Aldo Tura a Milano negli anni 60.
L'oggetto si trova in perfette condizioni come da fotografie, con qualche minuscolo segno del tempo dati i suoi 60 anni di vita, lacca perfetta, piedini e profilo in ottone in perfetto stato.
Dimensioni: 140 x 40 x 75 altezza.

Tura fa parte dei talenti italiani del Mid-Century. Negli anni del dopoguerra, mentre molti produttori sono intenti ad adattare i loro metodi di produzione mirando alla massa, Tura rimane dedito all'artigianato lento e tradizionale. Favorisce forme intricate e complesse e processi ad alta intensità di lavoro, che non possono essere replicati in un sistema di fabbrica su larga scala. Come risultato, il numero di lavori di Tura disponibile sul mercato vintage rimane limitato.

Oggi, l'azienda di Tura continua a produrre arredamento di lusso e Déco-esco in Lombardia, ma molte informazioni su Tura stesso sono andate perdute. Il Brooklynn Museum di New York possiede diversi design di Tura che erano stati originariamente esposti tra il 1950 e il 1953 alla mostra itinerante Italy at Work: Her Renaissance in Design Today.
