Biografía del artista

Hablar de la pintura de Pere Colldecarrera nos lleva a hablar de la famosa escuela de bellas artes fundada a finales del siglo xix por joaquim vayreda. auténtico heraldo de la naturaleza, ha sido definido por muchos como “lírico lleno de ternura y sensibilidad, que descubre y revela la belleza del paisaje”. nacido en olot el 9 de junio de 1932, inauguró a los 18 años su primera exposición en su ciudad natal. sus paisajes, cercanos a la tierra, son tratados con amorosa delectación por este excelente pintor, con un dominio del dibujo y una riqueza de expresión que hacen de sus obras auténticos cantos a la naturaleza. ecologista, sublima el encanto de los grandes espacios naturales ; al observar y admirar su obra, sentimos la maravilla de la natura. con razón se le ha llamado “el maestro del paisaje”.
