Reverse: Crowned coat of arms of Belgium with grand collar of the Order of Leopold; crown with cross; behind, two sceptres with hand of justice and lion; coat of arms dividing value 2 — F; hand of sceptre between N and I of UNION; below, cross dividing date; motto in French above.
