The f-holes have a rounded and slightly elongated design typical of Cremonese-style instruments, which is a hallmark of violins made in the style of Stradivari or Guarneri, renowned violin makers from Cremona, Italy.

The label inside the violin reads "Scuola Cremonese Gio Batta Morassi," indicating that this instrument may be a product of a school or workshop under the influence of Giovanni Battista Morassi, a respected 20th-century Italian luthier known for his work in the Cremonese tradition. His instruments are characterized by their meticulous craftsmanship, choice of high-quality tonewoods, and adherence to the aesthetic and acoustic principles of classical Cremona violins.

The back of the violin shows a one- or two-piece back with prominent flaming, which is consistent with fine Italian violin-making techniques that emphasize both visual appeal and acoustic quality. The scroll carving also reflects traditional Italian craftsmanship with a refined and symmetrical spiral, which is carefully executed.
