Collezione MARLY (attualmente in collezione)

La collezione Marly prende il nome dal castello di Marly costruito da Luigi XIV nella zona ovest di Parigi, che doveva essere completamente distrutto durante la Rivoluzione. È in questo “castello di campagna”, dove il galateo era meno rigido. Qui sarebbe stata creata la forma del piatto “con marli” (il marli è la parte periferica inclinata di un piatto, che permette di maneggiarlo senza sporcarsi le dita).
