This lot shows a Porsche Design CONTAX ST body (serial numbers : 014246).

The camera works perfectly and is in great shape. It only has 3 little defects :
- the little window that shows the chosen exposure mode is a little damaged and moves a bit, (the relevant replacement is available in a second camera body, brand new, in perfect aesthetical conditions, and on sale from the same seller of this lot).
- two points of the body have little signs which are marked with white arrows in the pictures describing the lot. 

The camera never fell on the ground. It only served for many many years, granting supergreat. photographs !
This camera body has the complete original box with its protections and the original User's manual.

The body is equipped with the Contax ST Data back, and is sold without batteries.

The CONTAX ST, with its glorious Porsche Design, is a FANTASTIC multi-mode auto-exposure single-lens-reflex camera which offers various sophisticated features such as aperture-priority auto exposure, spot metering, 1/4000 sec. high speed shutter on auto, and 1/200 sec. flash synchronizing speed.

It also provides a large-size shutter speed dial which allows you to check the camera operation and information at a glance as well as an exposure mode selector lever for switching the operation quickly. The display can be illuminated when you take pictures in dim light.

Extra durable metal materials are also used for the grip and front cover.
