Elena Paraskeva has been recognized and promoted by some of the most respected photography institutions today such THE FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS, HASSELBLAD, LENSCULTURE, AESTHETICA, DER GREIF, SAATCHI ART, ADOBE etc
She even exhibited at the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT in Brussels, and during numerous Biennales. In Florence she exhibited at the same space that hosted David La Chapelle's work. Paris, London, NYC, Barcelona, Budapest, Tokyo, Vienna, Kuala Lumpur are just some of the cities she exhibited in.

The children's cancer center at Boston Hospital in the U.S has a 500cm installation of her work at its entrance, in hope that art can help even in the slightest during their impossible journey.

The chairman of IAA, one of the biggest art organizations called her "one of the biggest talents in the photography industry". The curator of the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts wrote that "she has an impressive portfolio and great expertise in photography". Adobe, the creators of Photoshop, praised her work as "amazing conceptual imagery", and ScanArt International called her "a master of surrealism and conceptual narratives".
She was named Photographer Of The Year in 2024, 2023, 2021 and 2018 by four different, distinguished international photography competitions.

When you are bidding on one of my images, you are actually bidding on hours and hours of preparation, prop and set creation, makeup/hair on set, actual shooting and careful post-processing. NEVER AI, NEVER anything added that was not shot with my camera.

"The Smoker" was created entirely in-camera, in my studio in 2016, using colored gel covered strobes.

 It is a Giclee Fine Art piece printed on  Lustre Art Paper with a subtle pearl-like texture/finish. The Giclée printing process uses high-resolution inkjet printers and archival pigment-based inks to produce fine art prints with exceptional detail, color accuracy, and longevity. It is the preferred method for museum-quality reproductions due to its ability to preserve the original artwork’s depth and richness for over 100 years without fading.

ELENA PARASKEVA'S art has been bought by private museums, is found in private collections around the world and public institutions like Boston Children's Hospital, Australian National University, Thalassa museum, Affinity Software, Viewbug Inc, etc. Her work was exhibited even in the European Parliament in Brussels. 

She has exhibited her work in Paris, NYC, London, Barcelona, Tokyo, Munich, Budapest, Vienna, Kuala Lumpur among other cities and has been published on the pages and covers of a multitude of publications including The Guardian UK, The Guardian Australia, The Times, Vogue.it etc

She is now at the point in her career where she is sought after to judge professional competitions around the globe and is invited to speak at photography seminars. She is even a recurrent judge for the FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS.

She is commissioned by ADOBE (the creators of Photoshop) to teach professionals from all over the world on her creative and editing processes.

Amongst her many exhibitions over the years some notable ones were the exhibition of her series on Autism in the European Parliament in Brussels in March of 2023, the exhibition of her series "Vacant Children" at the XIV Florence Biennale in Oct. 2023 at the invitation of the organizers, and the exhibition of her series "A Perfect Life" during Paris Photo Week in Nov. 2023.
