Up for auction is an old full size violin.
The label says: "Lor. e Tom. Carcassi, in Firenze nell' Anno 1761, All' Insegna del Giglio".  Very beautiful in appearance. The strongly flamed two pieces maple back measures 356 mm. The total length of the violin is 588 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 169 mm; middle bouts: 115 mm; lower bouts: 213 mm. High grained spruce top, golden amber varnish. This violin is in a good used condition, with only one repaired crack to pegbox.  Beautiful model with a very elegant natural amber patina, very high quality of woods.
