Een elegante, sobere bijzettafel uit de late 18e of vroege 19e eeuw, uitgevoerd in prachtig patinerend mahoniehout. Dit stuk is representatief voor de sobere elegantie van de Engelse Georgian-periode, met rechte poten, een praktische lade en verfijnde messing beslag met schildvormig detail en sierlijke trekker.

De lade is volledig functioneel en voorzien van het originele beslag, inclusief sleutelgat (sleutel ontbreekt). De tafel staat stevig op vier smalle, taps toelopende poten, verbonden met eenvoudige dwarsliggers voor extra stabiliteit.

Staat: In goede antieke staat met gebruikssporen passend bij de leeftijd, waaronder lichte krassen en kleine vlekken op het blad – zie foto's voor details. Geen structurele schade. Het meubel heeft een warme, rijke glans.
