Elegante cassettone italiano degli anni ’50, realizzato con maestria artigianale e rifinito con impiallacciature in un ricco mix di essenze pregiate, lavorate a spina di pesce e losanghe per creare suggestivi giochi geometrici sulla superficie. 
La struttura è solida e completamente in rovere massello, senza alcun uso di compensato, a conferma della qualità costruttiva.

La linea è ispirata al gusto Luigi XV, con fianchi bombati e gambe arcuate che culminano in piedini arricchiti da bronzi dorati di ottima fusione. I fregi in bronzo, cesellati, includono maniglie e bocchette a motivi fogliati rocaille, oltre a due raffinate cariatidi femminili ai lati del mobile e un grande decoro centrale a motivo vegetale. Il piano in marmo rosa venato, sagomato e sporgente, completa l’opera con un tocco di eleganza e solidità.

Condizioni ottime, struttura sana, da segnalare un piccolo difetto nella parte posteriore del marmo evidenziato nell ultima foto.

Un pezzo d’arredo scenografico, adatto a interni classici o eclettici, che coniuga arte decorativa e funzionalità. In ottimo stato generale, con lievi segni del tempo. Un esemplare raro per collezionisti e amanti del mobile storico italiano del Novecento.
