Description from the seller

ERIC LESPINASSE’s Work — copy 02/30.
Extremely rare artwork: limited edition of 30 copies worldwide.
Title of the work: #2 - Indigenous 2
Fine Art print with no white margin on Hahnemühle paper — from the series “Indigenous 2” 2024.
Original photograph from the artist’s studio by Eric Lespinasse.

Elegance, modernity, and high quality are the words that best define the finish of this piece.

Presentation of the Work:
The Indigenous 2 series gazes into a memory of origins, where the human figure emerges from the background like an archaeological trace still alive. The textures seem charged with earth, ochre, and ancient pigments, evoking skins, rituals, a presence that precedes words. Each work in the series dialogues with the idea of belonging — to a ground, to a gesture, to a fundamental identity that time has not erased.

Destination:
Whether you are a private collector, professional, enthusiast, or collector, this work is for you. Ready to infuse a remarkable touch into your interior, your office, a waiting room, or a restaurant? Treat yourself to a timeless and singular work that will surely elevate any environment.
Breathe life into your walls!

Details of the Work:
Fine Art print with no white margin on Hahnemühle “fine art” 200 g paper, for a refined touch, a matte finish, and a smooth surface.
This is by no means a simple poster or photo paper, but an excellent Fine Art paper (close to a beautiful drawing paper like Canson).
Handle with cotton gloves and dust with a plume duster or microfiber cloth to avoid damage.
Dimensions: 50 x 50 cm
Year of production: 2026
LIMITED EDITION Artwork 02/30 numbered and hand-signed by the artist on the back.
Shipped with a certificate of authenticity (COA).
New / No white margin / No frame.

Technique used & creative process:
The artist conducts all his shoots with a Canon R5 and works exclusively with the Adobe suite dedicated to photo editing (Photoshop — Lightroom). He may use AI integrated into the Adobe suite as well as generative tools (AI) such as Midjourney to modify certain textures, backgrounds, or integrations into a scene.

Delivery information (read carefully before bidding):
Your Fine Art Print will be shipped rolled in a suitably sturdy cardboard tube.
Shipping fees include a fixed contribution to the unavoidable packaging and handling costs for the artwork, set at 5 €.
I no longer offer consolidated shipping service: all works are packaged individually prior to sales to be shipped to collectors within the timeframe allotted by Catawiki.
Depending on your country of residence, domestic and international shipments go via CHRONOPOST or UPS. Customs duties specific to your country are the buyer’s sole responsibility; customs clearance services, duties, taxes, VAT, and other charges may be collected upon delivery.
If you change your mind after purchase, we will easily find a solution that works for you: please message me as soon as possible in private. Failing that, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Seller's Story

Born in 1974, Eric Lespinasse is an established French artist based in Paris. His work can be found in numerous private collections around the world, as well as in a multitude of professional premises (restaurants, medical practices, cinemas, real estate agencies, kitchen shops, tattoo parlors, etc.). A photographer for 25 years, he is also a painter and digital designer. His works are known for their character, where the incidence of light makes them almost painterly. They are a skilful blend of poetry and homage to the world and the human being. His technique is a combination of traditional photography and digital image editing. This combination enables her to create unique, emotionally engaging works of art that faithfully represent her vision, influences and sensitivity. The role of any photographer is to capture and deliver to the public an emotional panel of each moment he captures. This is how he came to create "photographic poetry", where each of his delicate, poetic images projects you into the art and culture of the ephemeral world around us, frozen for eternity, transforming the evanescent moment into a timeless work of witness. It's with this same sensitivity and heart that he invests each of his creations, in all artistic fields, from photography to the creation of digital works.
