1. The Line 6 FBV2 is a compact and rugged 2-button footswitch that lets you hands-free scroll through the first bank with four presets (A, B, C and D) on compatible Line 6 amplifiers and effect processors.
Key features Simple operation: Two rugged footswitches to quickly go forward or backward through your presets.
Ultra-portable: The compact and lightweight aluminum design easily fits in any gig bag.
No adapter required: The controller is powered directly via the included RJ-45 (ethernet) cable.
According to the official Line6 pedal compatibility FAQ, the FBV2 works with, among others, the following devices: Amplifiers: Spider II, Spider III, Spider IV, Spider V, Spider Valve (MKII), Flextone III, Vetta (II) and HD147. Multi-effects: POD 2.0 (only versions with the "FBV Pedal" connector), POD XT (Pro), POD X3 (Pro) and the Bass POD XT (Pro) series. Note: The FBV2 is not compatible with the Spider II 15, Spider III 15 and Spider V 20.
2. GLX GFS-2, this is a physical 2-button footswitch used for guitar amplifiers.
Function: It lets you perform footswitch actions while playing, such as switching between the Clean and Overdrive channels or turning built-in effects (such as reverb) on and off.
Specifications: It features a sturdy metal housing, metal buttons and a 4-meter cable with a standard 6.3 mm stereo jackplug.
Footswitch with 2 buttons designed specifically for guitar amplifiers.
Connection: The pedal has a fixed cable ending in a stereo jackplug (TRS), which you plug directly into the 'footswitch' input of a compatible guitar amplifier.
Versatility: Although the brand is GLX, this universal 2-button switch works on many different guitar amplifiers that support a dual-switch function.
