Een vrij geblazen- en daarom asymmetrisch olijfgroen V.O.C.-flesje uit de 17e eeuw wordt in dit stilleven geflankeerd door een aantal Sharon- of kakivruchten. Ook ligt er een aantal van deze vruchten in een houten nap naast het flesje. De prachtige kleuren van het fruit vlammen van het paneel (32 x 35 cm) af en het geheel vormt een prachtig gecomponeerd stilleven. Zowel de lijst als het schilderij zijn in perfecte staat. 
Met het schilderij worden een C.V. van de kunstenaar en een handgeschreven Certificaat van Echtheid meegezonden.

Het werk van Leo Pors werd al meerdere malen afgebeeld in o.a. de kunstbladen Tableau, Collect en VIND. Het was te zien op vele tentoonstellingen, waaronder in het Gorinchems museum, samengebracht met werk van o.a. Ans Markus en Tjalf Sparnaaij. Wereldwijd is er belangstelling voor zijn stillevens, met als gevolg dat niet alleen in veel Europese landen verzamelaars werk van hem in hun bezit hebben, maar dat ook in Hong Kong, Taiwan, de VS, Japan en Australië het werk wordt aangekocht door kunstliefhebbers.
De schilderijen zijn daarnaast in diverse bedrijfscollecties vertegenwoordigd.
