Drie fraaie gedecoreerde vintage vazen van geglazuurd aardewerk. 

Verkeren in perfect conditie. Circa 25 x 11 cm. Gesigneerd allen onderop met De Gats. 

De Gats (Der Gasse =de steeg) is opgericht door Hans Custers (1918-2005) in 1954 in kasteel Den Halder, Valkenburg Limburg.

In vijf ruimtes in de kelder van het kasteel, aan de rivier De Geul. Hans Custers was autodidact. Hij draaide en maakte ook gegoten vormen.

Dieren, vrouwen en Afrika hebben Custers geïnspireerd tot het maken van fraaie decors.

Het decor werd uitgespaard en er werden lijnen in gekrast.
