Antieke Duits fotoalbum met een zeldzame collectie van 43 individuele afbeeldingen van mannenhoeden uit de 17e en 18e eeuw, inclusief beschrijvingen van landen en de data waarin deze hoeden gedragen en in de mode waren. 
De foto's uit de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw zijn gemonteerd op karton en verzameld in dit unieke fotoalbum met leren kaft.
Het album vouwt zich uit als een accordeon en kan aan beide zijden worden gevuld met foto's. De buitenkant is bekleed met rood leer. Dit is een zeer zeldzaam en uniek fotoalbum met een prachtige collectie hoeden.

Het album verkeert in goede antieke staat. De afbeeldingen op karton en de leren kaft vertonen sporen van ouderdom en slijtage. Foto's maken deel uit van de beschrijving.
