This exquisite Scotch whiskey blend is the result of the collaboration between the house's master blender, Emma Walker, and world-renowned chef Kei Kobayashi, three Michelin stars in his Paris restaurants.

Only one in 25,000 carefully selected barrels can give life to this limited edition of Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami. It is a friendly but very complex whiskey, coming out of what is known from Johnnie Walker Blue. Whiskeys have been sought for the blend that taste like umami, salty-sweet that explodes on the palate and makes us salivate.

The nose is precise but flavorsome with a whiff of smoked venison, then blood oranges backed by red currant, fresh raspberry, sherbet, orange fondant, and fragrant spices. The velvety mouthfeel displays flavors of honey-glazed orange, caramel, dried cranberry, and a brief savory note of peppered steak. A smooth comforting ending mingles mixed peel, grapefruit, and pink peppercorn with a briny hazelnut, butteriness, underlining the pairing recommendation for Ossetra caviar.
