The first vintage was in 2021. These wines are made by Aymerick Geantet, originally from Gevrey-Chambertin, of Domaine Geantet Pansiot.

Aymerick Geantet learned a great deal at the renowned Domaine du Prieuré Roch. Domaine Plume represents sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking.

The grapes come from Rotalier, in the southern Revermont region.
