Biography
Jean Carzou, born Karnik Zouloumian in 1907 in Aleppo, Syria, and died in 2000 in France, was a French painter, illustrator, and theater decorator of Armenian origin. Recognized for his unique style blending realism and poetry, Carzou created significant works in modern art, notably sets and costumes for theater and opera.
