Copy on a small oval flan, off-centred on the reverse side. Beautiful portrait of Rome, regular wear and tear. Very nice reverse with a fine style, well minted.

with two hands above the customs stamp XXX.

In 91 BC, Lucius Marcius Philippus and Sextus Julius Caesar 
were councillors.  The tribune, Marcus Livius Drusus proposed reforming 
 the electoral law in favour of the allies (citizen's statute). The murder 
Drusus provoked a violent reaction that brought about the massacre  
of Romans in Asculum and angered Italian allies; this was the beginning 
of the Social war (91-88 BC).
