Fender 12 string guitar in still rather reasonable condition.
Looks good for its age, a few slight signs of wear.
Technically the guitar is in order and playable, the top is slightly bent near the bridge, but without cracks.

Plays smoothly and sounds surprisingly nice.
The bridge can be adjusted by means of 2 screws.

As mentioned an attic find, needs to be cleaned and polished.
