Il Kairos di Zymè è un vino assolutamente unico, un vero e proprio mosaico di sensazioni e di emozioni. Un vino che racconta la storia di una cantina, Zymé, che ci ha affascinato in un solo istante.

Nasce da almeno 15 uve diverse, di cui 4 a bacca bianca (Garganega, Trebbiano toscano, Sauvignon Blanc e Chardonnay) e 11 a bacca rossa (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syraz, Teroldego, Croatina, Oseleta, Sangiovese e Marzemino). Uve che apportano ciascuna una caratteristica propria, distintiva, unica. “Kairos” in greco antico significa “conveniente, opportuno, per il momento giusto” e questo vino di Zymé incarna proprio questa definizione. Una filosofia unica rappresentata dall’etichetta della bottiglia che rappresenta un mosaico di pezze di molti colori, per testimoniare l’origine delle 15 uve diverse, e una meridiana che esprime il concetto del tempo esatto, come da definizione greca. Elementi che lo rendono un vino affascinante, una perfetta rappresentazione del terroir di provenienza.
