Technics model SA-8000X amp/tuner

I tested it and it works, but it hisses; the tuner’s VU-meter does not move.

High-end quadraphonic receiver from the 1970s, in very good aesthetic condition for its age, in its original, unrestored condition.
It crackles, needs a spray cleaning. The lights work well. The vu-meters are ok, the tuner's vu-meter doesn't work.
Small signs of wear, normal for its age.
