and has a slight discoloration on the hard outer cover.
It is the English-language first edition from 2003 complete with CD-ROM.
The Marchesi book is the Dutch-language first edition from 1988, the book was then presented to the press in Restaurant Villa Rozenrust * the restaurant
where I was sous-chef.
Marchesi then prepared a saffron risotto for the press.
Every staff member present was then given a signed
copy. The book has a fabric cover and original linen cover, the book measures 25 by 16 cm and has 408 pages.
