Märklin H0 - 83496 - Tender locomotive type Mallet Series BR 96 of the DRG.
"MHI-Sondermodell - Metall-Edition" from 1994 in a limited edition of 12000 pieces. The 83496 comes with Delta-decoder for use in both analogue and digital modes.
2-point front- and end-signal lights that alternate with changes in the direction of travel.
The locomotive is digital with address currently set on: 8.
The cardboard outer cover is from a replacement model.
The model has been tested and is fully functional.
