"Footprints on the Moon" was a 1969 documentary film covering the flight of Apollo 11. It is largely assembled from NASA footage and photo material. 
Although "Footprints on the Moon" has the distinction of being the only contemporary theatrically released documentary of Apollo 11, it lay almost forgotten for decades, until it was finally released on DVD in early 2010, missing the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing by less than a year (wikipedia). 

The photo up for auction is an original vintage photograph from the time of release of the movie in 1969. It shows Edwin Aldrin descending from the lunar module. It is one of the key images provided by NASA for this movie and it also has the typical Hasselblad "crosses" (actually reticles or fiducials) of the reseau grid superimposed on the image.
