Date indicator.
Omega 1438 (ETA 255.461) Quartz inner movement. 
Omega seahorse logo on the back. 
The lunette/bezel rotates smoothly. 
Omega sword hands and hexagonal, lobed crown.
Original steel strap with link extensions to wear on a diving suit. 
Without these extensions, which measure a few centimetres, the strap has a closed circumference of 16 cm.
Around a wrist circumference of 18 cm the watch will fit smoothly without extensions.
Lunette, casing and strap have signs of wear, but they are in good, vintage condition.
After a very recent revision, the watch was found to be in very good, functioning condition.
Most recent service history:
Deep, ultrasonic cleaning in 2015 (no documentation). 
Brand new battery since 02-11-2016 (invoice included). 
Poseidon LT-100 waterproof test 10 Bar 03-11-2016: test 1: PASSED, test 2: PASSED.
(laminated results are included). 

Will be carefully packaged and shipped with track and trace.
