A remarkable large table-model example of the famed Abdulla lighter, crafted in Paris and marked on the side with “H. Lelièvre Joaillerie P.S. Superb – Made in France”.

The lighter also bears the inscription “Offert par les établissements Chalot”, indicating it was presented as a prestigious gift.

Featuring a windshield and safety button, this piece is a testament to the innovative design and functional elegance of the Art Deco period. Despite its age, it is in exceptionally good condition, and its mechanism is likely still functional, though it has not been tested to avoid potential damage. Its bold form, superior craftsmanship, and rare provenance make it a highly desirable collector’s item and a striking example of early 20th-century Parisian decorative arts.
