Mallah is een Palestijns kunstenaar, geboren en getogen in Syrië. Hij heeft een bachelor in Beeldende Kunst van de St. Joost Academie in Breda en woont en werkt momenteel in Amsterdam. Zijn kunst draait om thema’s als oorlog, diaspora, identiteit, gender en het lichaam. Mallah gebruikt diverse kunstvormen om zijn persoonlijke en politieke ervaringen vast te leggen.
Het werk van Ahmad heeft getrokken bij tal van groepen en solotentoonstellingen gehad in het Chasse Theater in Breda, ALL INN in Het Hem in Zaandam, Landhuis Oorud Amelisweerd Museum, Art Nordic International Fair in Kopenhagen, Unfair 2023, Prospects- Art Rotterdam 2024, Art Antwerp 2024 en anderen. Exbunker solotentoonstelling in Utrecht 2021, De Ploegh solotentoonstelling in Amersfoort 2023, No Limits Art Castle Solotentoonstelling in Amsterdam 2023 en Madé van Krimpen kunstgalerie Solotentoonstelling in Amsterdam 2024.
Mallah’s lopende duo-performatieve samenwerking met zijn partner Rebecca Lillich // Krüger is vertoond bij Prospects-Mondrian Fonds in Art Rotterdam, Oeroel festival in Terschilling, Schunck Museum in Heerlen, Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam en Sismògraf Festival in Olot- Spanje, om er een selectie te noemen.
De kunstenaar ontving de Mondrian fonds stipendium voor Emerging Artists in 2022 naast andere overheids- en private financiering zoals Amsterdam Fonds voor de Kunst, Gemeente Amersfoort, Amarte Fonds en Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds.
Mallah werd twee keer genomineerd voor de Galatea Art Prize, zijn schilderijen uit de serie "A New Era" werden geselecteerd voor de tweede ronde van The Royal Art Prize for Modern Painting 2024 en hij won de Publieksprijs- Schilderijen Categorie- Business art award 2024.

Is a Palestinian artist born and raised in Syria. He holds a bachelor degree in Fine Arts from the St. Joost Academy in Breda and currently lives and works in Amsterdam. His art revolves around themes of war, diaspora, identity, gender, and the body. Mallah uses various art forms to document his personal and political experiences.
