The No Nukes concerts were a series of five star-studded performances held at Madison Square Garden in New York City from September 19-23, 19791. These musicians formed the group MUSE (Musicians United for Safe Energy) in response to the Three Mile Island nuclear disaster that occurred in March 197935. They were the driving force behind organizing the series of concerts held at Madison Square Garden in New York City from September 19-23, 19793.

John Hall, in particular, played a significant role in the organization. He wrote the song "Power," which became the theme song for the concerts and was performed by different musicians each night3.
