Bijzettafel - Eik - modernistische Art Deco

Een houten Nederlandse Art Deco-pedestaltafel uit de jaren 1920 tot 1940, met een modernistische geometrische vormgeving.
reminiscent of L.O.V. Oosterbeek designs with the positioning of the legs.
The four vertical supports are not placed as simple square legs, but are arranged in a rotational rhythm, each leg turned at a 90 degree angle to the next. This gives the table a subtly dynamic, architectural quality, with the structure seeming to shift as one walks around it.

The table is in a very light oak (weighs less than 1 kg. It works beautifully as a side table or accent piece.
The top has a very slight bend seen from some angles. The table is carefully cleaned, refinished and ready to use.
