Marklin #29845 Premium Digital HO-Scale Starter Set

The set includes a 110 volt 42 VA transformer and the new 6021 controller required for control of special functions on the latest generation Marklin digital locos.

The set includes two complete trains:

DB Class 03 4-6-2 Express Steam Loco and three coaches
DB Class 216 Diesel Loco and four freight cars

Both locos are equipped with five-pole digital propulsion systems.

The functions on the Class 03 Steam Loco are:

Regular Function: Lights On/Off (direction sensitive)
F1 - Smoke On/Off (the set comes with a 7226 smoke kit)
F2 - Undercarriage Lights On/Off
F3 - Not Used
F4 - Acceleration/Braking Delay On/Off

The functions on the Class 216 Diesel Loco are:

Regular Function: Lights On/Off (direction sensitive)
F1 - Not Used
F2 - Low Pitch Air Horn
F3 - High Pitch Air Horn
F4 - Acceleration/Braking Delay On/Off

The set also includes enough C-Track to make a large oval with two manual turnouts and additional straights for a parking lane, a catalog, and a track planning booklet.
