Een vintage Corker racehelm met messing onderdelen en een kurk- en kunstlederen schelp, samen met een paar nieuwere goggles, uit de jaren 1950 in het Verenigd Koninkrijk en in goede staat.

This is an original 1950's crash helmet with sun visor and a pair of newer goggles as worn by the great racing drivers like Fangio, Collins and ofcourse Sterling Moss.
What a wonderful set to decorate a man cave / garage or as a final touch to an F1 collection.
But also as a perfect display or set at a Concours d'elegance.
The helmet is made by J. Compton, Sons and Webb Ltd.in England in the 1950's
To BS (British Standard) 2061/56.
Made of cork and faux leather outside shell.
The sides are leather and a bit dry.
The inside is worn but complete with the original straps and also with original Corker tag.
The goggles appear much newer but they complete the look as they are in the correct style.
Helmets made by Compton helmets where very popular by racing drivers and motorcycle drivers .
Photo and dummy head is NOT included in this auction, for decorative use only to show helmet and driver.
Items will be carefully packed and shipped.
We use recycled materials and boxes to reduce waste.
