Material: 100% Hand-spun wool yarn on a sturdy wool/cotton warp foundation
Technique: Slit-weave tapestry technique; fully double-sided and reversible
Estimated Period: Mid-to-late 20th Century (circa 1950s–1970s)
Color Palette: Rich crimson red, mustard-gold lattice, dark navy/black ground, vibrant purple star accents
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. Complete, tight warp structure with intact original hand-twisted braided fringe. No hole damage, severe staining, dye bleeding, of visible restoration work.
