Het werk van Elena Paraskeva bevindt zich in institutionele en bedrijfscollecties, waaronder de Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (grote installatie van 500 cm bij de ingang van de Kinderkankerafdeling), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), en andere institutionele en bedrijfscollecties.

Haar werk is tentoongesteld in het EUROPEES PARLEMENT in Brussel, evenals in grote biënnales en galeries in NYC, Parijs, Tokio, Londen, Dubai, São Paulo (Brazilië), Wenen, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florence, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena, enz.
In 2026 selecteerde Magnum-fotograaf Alec Soth, algemeen beschouwd als een van de meest invloedrijke levende fotografen, persoonlijk haar werk voor een tentoonstelling in Griekenland, onder auspices van het Griekse Ministerie van Cultuur.
