Chancellor Palpatine has been captured in this scene from Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith and must be taken away before the Jedi can retrieve him. This particular copy is essentially complete, with all bricks and the instruction booklet present. The only piece missing is the Chancellor Palpatine minifigure itself, though his handcuffs accessory remains included with the set.
