Het werk van Elena Paraskeva bevindt zich in institutionele en bedrijfscollecties, waaronder de Public Art Department of Sweden (Västra Götaland Government), Boston Hospital, USA (grote installatie van 500 cm bij de ingang van de Kinderkankerafdeling), Australian National University, Thalassa Museum, Affinity (Serif), en andere institutionele en bedrijfscollecties.

Haar werk is tentoongesteld in het EUROPEES PARLEMENT in Brussel, evenals op belangrijke biennales en galeries in NYC, Parijs, Tokio, Londen, Dubai, Sao Paolo (Brazilië), Wenen, Barcelona, München, Kuala Lumpur, Florence, Frankfurt, Málaga, Linz, Graz, Siena, enz.
