Castle Severn - Speaker Set

The Castle Severn is a classic British floorstanding loudspeaker from Castle Acoustics, produced in the 1990s in the United Kingdom. Known for its elegant, slim proportions and real-wood veneer cabinets, the Severn combines traditional British cabinet craftsmanship with a carefully engineered two-way loudspeaker design.

The Severn features a 150 mm carbon-fibre bass/midrange driver paired with a 25 mm composite soft-dome tweeter. Its bass-reflex enclosure is internally braced and divided to improve cabinet rigidity and reduce unwanted resonances. The design delivers a balanced and detailed presentation while remaining relatively easy to position in a room.

To deliver this product properly, it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, thereby wrapped in bubble wrap with lots of padding.
