The Philips FA761 is a stylish and capable stereo integrated amplifier from Philips’ mid-1990s Hi-Fi range. Designed for straightforward high-quality stereo playback, it combines 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms with a very wide frequency response and low distortion. (Hifi Engine⁠)

The FA761 is well suited to a traditional Hi-Fi setup with a CD player, cassette deck, tuner or other analogue source. It also features a dedicated MM phono input, allowing a turntable with a moving-magnet cartridge to be connected directly. The amplifier’s minimum speaker impedance is 4 ohms, providing compatibility with a broad range of speakers
