Received the watch after a month and had to pay €90.18 extra, totaling €426.58. Due to delays and unexpected costs, I’ve decided not to bid on items shipped from outside the EU

Dear Buyer,

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the watch has arrived, though we sincerely regret the long transit time and the inconvenience.

As the item was shipped from Japan, the €90.18 represents the mandatory import VAT and customs fees collected by your local government. While we strive for fast dispatch, international logistics can occasionally experience delays which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience throughout this process and hope that the quality of the watch provides some comfort despite the difficult delivery experience.

good conditions , for UE pay one more VAT

Annonce trompeuse, descriptif et photos non conformes. Bracelet de la montre non utilisable. Contact sans réponse avec le vendeur que je déconseille suite à cette malheureuse expérience. Vraiment déçu

Dear Buyer,

We sincerely apologize for your disappointment regarding the bracelet's condition. As this is a pre-owned vintage timepiece, the materials can sometimes weaken over time, and we regret that this was overlooked during our final inspection.

Because this was our mistake, we are committed to making it right and will do our very best to satisfy you with a replacement or a suitable solution.

Best regards,

KOCHIRA Co., Ltd.

De levertijd werd enkele malen verlaat. De horloge zelf is top.
