My truly apologize for that situation, but you're just misunderstood what happened here. It's just system error, to be honest first this kind situation and not a common thing. It's not our intention of scamming you. We found out that this item was double listed after it was shipped to earlier auction winner. I understand that you're disapointed but there is nothing we can do.

Seller asked to change the delivery address: pretended had sent the items through DPD. Sent them 2 days later by UPS. Both items in 1 box & refuses to refund the extra payment. Liars, scammers

Unfortunately, it was just a misunderstanding; the package was sent through the sorting center. We never hesitated to refund the shipping costs; they were refunded immediately without any problems.
