All went smoothly - from auction to delivery. Thank you!

It looks like that this person / the buyer from this winning lot don't understand that when you send a package via the mail, it might happen that a package could be lost, YES that might happen, and that the winning person start accusing me that I did not send the package because the value was too low ??? I wonder WHY are you doing this, WHY can't you wait and see what DHL can do for me to help me with the missing package and WHY can you understand that I miss my items, do not get paid, have a lot of work to try to find out what has happend, and maybe in a few weeks the package will return to me! What would be the answer then from this buyer ???? This negative FEEDBACK is so unfair !!!

Alles was keurig verpakt; artikelen waren geheel naar verwachting !
