J’ai refusé le colis car il y a un manque de transparence dans les livraisons. C’est marqué livraison depuis la Belgique et c’est depuis Singapour (frais de douane) 🤔

It took a while to get the piece but It arrived in perfect conditions and without any custom fee attached. The seller has solved that problem. I certainly Will purchase more pieces from Hkolaa Gems

Hubo un problema porque el paquete venía de Singapur y hubo sobrecostes aduaneros de 10,39 € pero, tras intercambio de diversos mensajes, el vendedor me devolvió ese importe. Gracias

185 The description indicated that the shipment was from Belgium. So why did I have to pay an additional €15 in customs duties and shipping costs? The carrier is Singapore Post. I am not satisfied.

Mooie stenen, goed contact met verkoper en netjes verpakt en toegezonden. Stenen kwamen onverwachts wel rechtstreeks van buiten Europa, waardoor extra Douane- en inklaringskosten.
