Poorly packed!
From 10 items, 5 were arrived with broken case (due to poor packing.
It's such a shame counting how expensive the transport was.

I definitely do not recommend!

Could you please send me clear photos of the damage, the item, the inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label?
Thank you, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The shipping insurance company just let me know that the claim is being processed, but that they're experiencing delays.

June 18
Have you received the money that the insurance company paid out and that I transferred to you on June 14?

A beautiful object, securely wrapped and swiftly sendt - has arrived to my great satisfaction. I can only recommend.
Sincerely
Peter

Really professional packaging, well thought out and dispatched fast.

Thank you for your purchase and for your feedback.
Glass is fragile, so it must be packed in shock-resistant packaging.
