Vintage Japanese Deba & Ko-Deba Knives – Signed Traditional Blades (Set of 4) ヴィンテージ 伝統的銘入和出刃・小出刃包丁 4本セット This lot features four vintage traditional Japanese knives, consisting of three Deba knives and one Ko-Deba, each bearing a maker’s mark and crafted in the classic Japanese single-bevel style. These knives were originally made for professional fish processing and reflect the robust functionality and craftsmanship of traditional Japanese cutlery. Knives Included & Approximate Blade Lengths: Knife 1 (Left) – “Yoshitaka Kinsei” (吉高謹製) Handle branded “Matsumura Tokusen” Blade length: approx. 165 mm Knife 2 – “Futamiura Kiku Ichimonji” (二見浦菊一文字) Blade length: approx. 170 mm Knife 3 – “Registered Senshu” (登録 扇州) Blade length: approx. 175 mm Knife 4 (Right) – Ko-Deba, stamped “Betsuuchi” (別打) on reverse side Blade length: approx. 120 mm (Measurements are approximate, taken visually from the reference scale in the photographs.)
