Introducing the Glenmorangie Harrison Ford Limited Edition, the result of a true collaboration: an elegant, smooth whisky – very much in the style of Harrison Ford, but with an unexpected edge. The combination of the classic Glenmorangie style with toasted Portuguese red wine casks – incidentally, the same scraped and toasted red wine casks used for the seventh Private Edition 2016, Glenmorangie Milsean – creates a unique mouthfeel. This is the Glenmorangie you know and love – but with a bit of a kick.
Aroma notes of zesty, spicy citrus fruits reminiscent of marmalade, accompanied by distinctive floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. These are followed by hints of beeswax. With a few drops of water, peach and vanilla shimmer through.
Taste: Robust and lively with citrus notes, hints of bitter orange, lemon, and grapefruit, mingling with mild notes of baked bread, apricots, brown sugar, and caramel candies. A subtle hint of menthol lingers in the background.
Finish: Long, with aromas of orange oil, leather, and well-balanced oak tannins.
