Condition will be identical.]​ The cellar master of the Deutz house, Michel Davesne, has decided to vinify the two plots used for this cuvée separately. This is how La Côte Glacière and Les Meurtets were born. Two vintages bearing the name of the plot from which they come, two plots of Pinot Noir located in Aÿ. The Côte Glacière is planted with Pinots aged 48 years on average, it is a plot with a steep slope, ideally exposed, thus giving generous grapes. This Blanc de Noirs was vinified in vats, then dosed in Brut before developing beautiful aromas in the cellar for almost 7 years. It is an opulent and generous cuvée.
