Art Deco Salon Armchairs with H–259 “Spider” Table – Bistro-Style Dining Height A refined three-piece Art Deco set from the 1940s–50s, consisting of two Hungarian armchairs and an original H–259 “Spider” table designed by Jindřich Halabala. The armchairs feature a restored solid beech frame with a natural satin lacquer finish. The upholstery has been completely renewed with premium Italian jacquard fabric in a blue–mustard hexagonal pattern, complemented by discreet decorative nail trim. The seats are spring-supported, and both chairs are fully restored and ready for everyday use. The H–259 “Spider” table measures 70 cm in diameter with a 62–63 cm height. It features solid beech legs and full walnut root veneer, finely sanded and finished with three layers of oil. While not a standard dining-table height, its bistro/café proportions pair comfortably with the 46 cm seat height of the armchairs, making the set suitable for relaxed dining as well.
